- What's in the Lotus bowl?
- Lotus starts with our pitaya base (pitaya, banana, pineapple & coconut milk), then gets topped with granola, blueberry, strawberry, honey. Each bowl is $13.95.
- Is the Lotus gluten-free?
- Yes — our bases are naturally gluten-free, and so is our granola (it ships in the bowl as built). If you have other dietary needs, flag them at the counter and we'll customize.
- Is the Lotus vegan?
- The Lotus as built contains honey, dairy in the base or toppings. If you want it fully vegan, ask the team to swap those out — the base and most toppings are plant-based.
