Our pitayabase is Bonita's own recipe — blended for us by a local Illinois production kitchen from raw frozen pulp, then shipped frozen to every shop. No off-the-shelf packets.

- Bluffton starts with our pitaya base (pitaya, banana, pineapple & coconut milk), then gets topped with granola, banana, blueberry, coconut flakes, Nutella. Each bowl is $13.95.
- Is the Bluffton gluten-free?
- Yes — our bases are naturally gluten-free, and so is our granola (it ships in the bowl as built). If you have other dietary needs, flag them at the counter and we'll customize.
- Is the Bluffton vegan?
- The Bluffton as built contains Nutella (contains dairy). If you want it fully vegan, ask the team to swap those out — the base and most toppings are plant-based.
