Morning prep
Slice, blend, set the stage.

Music on, fruit out, açaí thawing. The store smells like strawberries before the door even unlocks.

Rush hour
Lunchtime hits different.

Bowls flying, regulars walking in mid-sentence, the team in flow. Two hours pass like twenty minutes.

Wind-down
Wipe down, clock out, go live your life.

Doors close between 8 and 10 PM depending on the location — no overnight shifts, no graveyard hours. The evening's still yours.

Cool. Most of our team hadn't either. We train every new hire from scratch — POS, prep, customer flow, the whole thing.

I'm in school.

Perfect. We schedule around classes and exams. A lot of our crew are students — it's built in.

How fast can I move up?

Depends on you. We promote from within first. If you're reliable and you lead by example, doors open fast.

Are there benefits?

Salaried roles (assistant manager and up) get health benefits and PTO. All roles get 50% off the menu (on shift and off), flexible scheduling, and tips.
